Providing personal data, and consenting to its processing, is entirely voluntary. Any personal data you give us is processed only within the scope and for the purpose you agreed to. If you choose not to provide the data necessary to fulfill an order and do not consent to its processing, we unfortunately will not be able to fulfill your order.

Please remember that you have the right, at any time, to update or completely delete your personal data. You can do this yourself, or with our help, which we are happy to provide.

II. Data Protection System

The Data Controller has applied technical and organizational measures to protect processed data in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection law. In particular, this includes: the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organizational conditions to be met by IT equipment and systems used for processing personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the Polish Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data; and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the data protection system we apply include:

An SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and JasonHunt Media is encrypted with a 256-bit key.

We collect and process only the personal data that is necessary, and for the shortest possible time; any processing unrelated to fulfilling a purchase agreement requires your separate consent.

Access to your personal data is limited to authorized personnel trained in personal data protection, who guarantee its security.

JasonHunt Media's IT systems and internal procedures meet all applicable personal data protection standards.

The Data Controller has thereby fulfilled all legally required obligations regarding the protection of personal data.

III. Personal Data: Purpose and Retention Period

A. Registration

During registration, we ask you to provide the data necessary to create an account with JasonHunt Media, so that you don't have to fill out the entire order form again with every purchase. Registering saves you time and money, since registered customers take part in our loyalty program and receive discounts based on past purchases.

Once logged in, a registered customer can also check the status of a placed order and view their purchase history. A registered and logged-in customer can, at any time, independently correct, update, or completely delete their data from JasonHunt Media.

During registration, we ask for:

first and last name — needed to later issue a sales document and address a shipment;
address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, and city) — needed to address a shipment;
email address — needed for logging in and for communication related to using JasonHunt Media;
phone number — needed for certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

Data is stored for 5 years from your last login.

B. Placing an Order

When placing an order, we ask you to provide the data necessary to fulfill it; for registered and logged-in customers, some of this is filled in automatically from your registration data.

When placing an order, we ask for:

first and last name, or company/institution name — needed to issue a sales document and address a shipment;
address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, and city) — needed to address a shipment;
email address — needed for communication related to fulfilling the order;
phone number — needed for certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, you choose delivery to an address different from the one given at registration or checkout, we additionally ask for:

first and last name, or company/institution name — needed to address the shipment;
address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, and city) — needed to address the shipment;
the recipient's phone number — needed for certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, you request the sales document to be issued to different details than those given at registration or checkout, we additionally ask for:

first and last name, or company/institution name — needed to issue the sales document;
address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, and city) — needed to issue the sales document.

Data provided when placing an order is processed by JasonHunt Media and by the following entities, within the scope described below:

First and last name, address, phone number, and email given as the delivery address are passed to carrier companies in the form of a shipping label/waybill, which also serves as the delivery instruction. Depending on the shipping method chosen, this may be passed to:
a. Poczta Polska SA, based in Warsaw (National Court Register/KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 525-000-73-13)
b. IMKER Bartnik Krzysztof, based in Zamość (NIP: 922-262-55-15)
c. InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków (KRS: 0000255841, NIP: 679-289-50-61)
First and last name, address, and tax ID given as billing details are passed, in the form of the sales document, to our accounting system:
a. Fakturownia sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw at ul. Juliana Smulikowskiego 6/8, 00-389 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000572426, EU VAT No. PL5213704420.

If you use an external payment system, any data you provide after being redirected to the payment operator's site is stored solely in that operator's database and is not, in any way, accessible to or stored by JasonHunt Media.

JasonHunt Media works with the following payment operators:

Krajowy Integrator Płatności Spółka Akcyjna, based in Poznań at ul. Św. Marcin 73/6, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000412357, NIP 7773061579, REGON 300878437, share capital PLN 5,494,980.00 (paid in full).

This data is stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing retention of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter and consent to receiving it during registration or checkout, we only ask for your first name and the email address to which we will send marketing communications from JasonHunt Media. You can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your JasonHunt Media account or by clicking the unsubscribe link found in the footer of every newsletter.

Your email address is shared with, and processed solely for the purpose of sending emails via:

ActiveCampaign LLC, based in the United States (activecampaign.com/contact).

D. Correspondence

If you send us personal data that is not necessary for us to fulfill an agreement or a legal obligation — for example, in correspondence with us, or in withdrawal, warranty, or guarantee forms — that data will be promptly deleted or anonymized and will not be processed further.

We therefore ask that you not share information or personal data with us that we have not explicitly requested and that is not relevant to fulfilling an agreement or a legal obligation.

IV. Cookies — Personal Data Collected Automatically When You Visit JasonHunt.pl, JasonHunt.Store, JasonHunt.Studio

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end device of a JasonHunt Media customer.

JasonHunt Media uses two main types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on your device until you log out, leave the website, or close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored on your device for the period specified in the cookie's parameters, or until you delete them.

JasonHunt Media uses the following types of cookies:

"necessary" cookies, which enable the use of services available within JasonHunt Media — e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require login;
security cookies — e.g. used to detect abuse related to authentication within JasonHunt Media;
"performance" cookies, which allow us to collect information about how JasonHunt Media's websites are used;
"functional" cookies, which allow us to remember settings you've chosen and to personalize the JasonHunt Media interface;
"advertising" cookies, which allow us to deliver advertising content better suited to your interests.

A. JasonHunt Media (server)

The IT system used by JasonHunt Media automatically logs data related to the device you use to connect to JasonHunt Media. This data is collected solely for statistical purposes and covers: device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, color depth, IP address, internet service provider, and the entry address to JasonHunt Media, and is used only to optimize JasonHunt Media for the best possible user experience.

This data is never combined with the data described in Section III and serves only as material for statistical analysis and system error correction. JasonHunt Media uses store software from NetArch Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). This company has no direct access to personal data and does not process it in any way. Data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.

B. JasonHunt Media (cookies)

JasonHunt Media uses "cookie" technology — text files placed on your device — to recognize you and tailor JasonHunt Media to your needs.

JasonHunt Media uses cookies to:

remember your login (the session lasts 30 minutes from your last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
remember the contents of your cart (the session lasts 30 days from your last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
remember your JasonHunt Media display preferences (the session lasts 30 days from your last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
create statistics and usage reports for JasonHunt Media (the session lasts 30 days from your last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
personalize how JasonHunt Media looks, by showing products our store's algorithm considers relevant to you based on products you've bought, added to your cart, searched for, and their authors, producers, or category — in other words, similar products, but never linked directly to your personal data (the session lasts 30 days from your last activity, after which the cookie is deleted).

C. Google Analytics (cookies)

Google Analytics uses "cookie" technology — text files placed on your device — to allow JasonHunt Media to analyze traffic sources and how visitors use the site.

Google collects, on its own servers, data obtained from placing cookies on devices, and uses this information to produce reports and provide other services related to internet traffic and usage.

Google may also share this information with third parties if required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. This data is never combined with the data described in Section III and serves only as material for statistical analysis and system error correction.

Data is processed for 12 months from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted.

D. Google AdWords (cookies)

Google AdWords uses "cookie" technology — text files placed on your device — to allow JasonHunt Media to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of its advertising activity conducted through the AdWords network.

Google collects, on its own servers, data obtained from placing cookies on devices, and uses this information to produce reports and provide other services related to internet traffic and usage.

E. Cookies from Partner Servers

JasonHunt Media uses scripts and software components provided by, and located on the servers of, its business partners. Such cookies may contain data the partner needs to provide a service to JasonHunt Media, or may contain data other than that described in this privacy policy.

JasonHunt Media chooses its business partners very carefully, but is not responsible for their cookie policies. We therefore recommend that you independently review each of our partners and decide for yourself whether you want to accept their cookies.

V. Privacy and Security Policies of JasonHunt Media's Partners

JasonHunt Media chooses its business partners very carefully, and is equally careful when placing links to other websites within JasonHunt Media.

However, JasonHunt Media is not responsible for the privacy standards and policies applied by the owners, operators, or administrators of those websites. We therefore recommend that you independently review each of our partners and decide for yourself whether you want to entrust them with your personal data.

VI. Sharing Your Personal Data

In specific situations where applicable law requires the Data Controller to share collected data with government authorities, JasonHunt Media will provide such data.

Except in those situations, your personal data is, to the extent permitted by law and based on separate data-processing agreements, shared only with specific entities and only in connection with fulfilling a contractual or legal obligation of the Data Controller. Categories of entities that may receive data include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting firms, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, and carriers.

When such data is shared, the Data Controller enters into appropriate data-processing agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection, confidentiality, and security of personal data, and ensuring it is used only to fulfill the Data Controller's contractual or legal obligation.

VII. Changes to JasonHunt Media's Privacy Policy

JasonHunt Media reserves the right to change this privacy policy if required by applicable law, if the technological conditions under which JasonHunt Media operates change, or if the change introduces a higher standard than the legal minimum requires.

JasonHunt Media will notify you of any such change electronically, at the email address you provided at registration.

VIII. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

refuse or restrict the processing of your personal data;
object to the processing of your personal data;
access your personal data;
rectify or delete your personal data;
transfer your personal data (data portability);
withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

These rights are inalienable and cannot be restricted. We are always happy to help and provide information, and you can exercise some of the rights above yourself.
